To defraud, also called “cheating” is notoriously not only a Battlefield 3 problem. It’s found throughout all games and genres. But how much this worse people can use such cheats is depending on what the developer and publisher are doing against it and in the case of Battlefield there is used the proven Anti-Cheat-Tool from Evenbalance. Unfortunately the cheaters found ways to crack this tool down to use their hacks and with this they’re spoiling the fun for other players.

But also not just cheaters are a thorn in the flesh of the developers, also players that push their stats by using unfair methods are a real nuisance. Of course DICE is watching the trend and of cause this the developing studio of Battlefield 3 announced in their newest Battlelog Blog post to increase the fight against these unpopular contemporaries. Simultaneously the players are called to report conspicuous players instant so that DICE can react just in time.
